Step 22 to Buying a Home: Wrapping Things Up

We made it! You’re a new homeowner and, hopefully, you’re getting settled into your new place.

Now that we’re past closing, we want to wrap up the last few items:

1. Going forward, would you like us to send you reports on what is happening with property values in your area so you can know how quickly your home is gaining value? If so, would you like them monthly, quarterly or yearly? 
2. We recommend setting up a Google alert on your new property. Read our blog post for information on why and how to do that <- link to Tab 15
3. Lastly, we were hoping you’d be willing to write a review for us. Almost all of our business is from word of mouth and referrals, therefore, please keep us in mind when a friend of yours is in need of a Realtor. We would be happy to help them. We's also love it if you you'd leave a review for us on the below sites, if you have that time as that is how our clients find us:
