Clive is a safe, family-friendly community located at the axis between the western suburbs of Urbandale, Waukee, and West Des Moines. Situated at the crossroads of I-80 and I-35, Clive offers convenience and accessibility. This central Des Moines suburb is home to numerous new housing developments, as well as other more established areas. It is widely regarded as a great place to live, work, and play.

Recreation

Clive boasts 297 acres of public parkland. It is especially known for the Clive Greenbelt Trail – an 11.3-mile, paved recreational trail that winds through the city and connects to other extensive trail systems.
